Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Princewick crews are already moving. Our Princewick-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Too many Princewick, WV families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Princewick operation differently. Every technician on our Princewick roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Princewick isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Princewick, WV, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Princewick, WV so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Talk to a Princewick property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Princewick call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Princewick jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Princewick team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Princewick teams are equipped to scale up or down — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Princewick units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Princewick homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Princewick properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Princewick crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
Every Princewick job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.

Our Princewick technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Princewick paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over — we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
